Our offer

The most important aspect of a massage is that the therapist can listen to the body and sense where the massage is most needed.

In all cases, people come to a massage therapist one of these two intentions:
Either you're dealing with pain or discomfort because a part of your body feels tense, or you want to take good care of yourself and relax.

For the therapist, it’s essential to understand this intention; so that he can carefully adapt his techniques to your personal wishes and situation.
From there, everything else naturally falls into place.
The massage therapist will discuss your intention right before the practice, or you may always send supportive information about your personal situation and physcial complication via mail.

***The difference between the two massages lies in intensity. One focuses more on deep tissue work, emotions, and activation of the body, while the other emphasizes sensation and relaxation.

Why do you need a massage?

"A massage is more than just relaxation; it is a support, a stimulation of the body, a method to become aware of your body, a way to eliminate waste products, and you can go on like this for a while...
This therapy is a small reset, a maintenance treatment that is still underused by many people.
The better you care for your body, the better your life experience becomes.
The body has one important function: to provide a sense of well-being and an experience of your emotions.
That’s why it’s crucial to address pain, tension, and blockages before they negatively affect your body and experience.

A flexible and resilient body creates a deeper and more meaningful life experience; that’s why it’s part of my practice and philosophy.

The body is a holistic whole; your emotions and thoughts influence your body, but your body also determines your emotions and thoughts.
The connection between your physical and mental well-being is your breath.
So, if you’re open to it, I combine massage with breathing. This approach yields the best results and is clearly the fastest way to achieve relaxation and relief from pain."
