From personal experience, it seems we’ve lost the ability to cope with stress. The rushed pace of life distracts us from the essentials—our body. All of our attention goes to our thoughts, and we lose more and more connection with our physical reality. Indeed, finding that inner balance becomes difficult under these conditions.

"For several years, I have been immersing myself in breathing techniques to optimize and better manage my health. And for good reason, as I’m dealing with a challenging situation: small fiber neuropathy and a dysregulation of my spinal fluid.
A blessing or a curse, despite the pain and discomfort, I remain grateful for my situation. These conditions have led me toward body awareness and self-insight; they brought me inner balance and a better sense of well-being. Pain and discomfort are signals to take action, indicators for change. Pain is a humble teacher that offers you the opportunity to grow, despite the limitations of any condition.
