What is breath therapy?

"Sometimes it's good to breathe more than usual, to bring your body outsied of the routine of your daily life, just like you exercise for your health.

Through a breathing technique, we will change the intensity and rhythm, a form of conscious breathing, also known as 'conscious connective breathing.'

This promotes purification and activates important, complex bodily processes that protect and maintain our health.

Your breathing is much more than a supply of oxygen; ultimately, it is a flow of information for your body. By using specific breathing techniques with varying intensity and rhythm, you send new information and impulses to all corners of your body: cells, tissues, and organs.

A continuous active breath floods the body with energy, an energetic impulse that brings about a change in state.

One of these changes is the internal biochemistry of the blood, specifically the CO2/O2 ratio.
As a result, each cell receives different signals, creating the ideal situation to release underlying tensions, emotions, and stress.
Yes, all of that is stored somewhere in our bodies, leading to various medical complications over time.
So breathing in a different pattern activates the body's self-healing ability and intelligence.
It’s a very natural and safe method to work with your body.
And the most beautiful thing is that you always remain in control;

you have the power to decide the intensity of your breath at any moment.

Are you ready to finally let go of that tension and stress?

I would be happy to guide you through the entire process."

What can you expect?

"It is not convenient to breathe intensely for a long time, which is why you are guided during a session by inspiring music and the motivational words of the breathing coach.
There is often a theme we focus on: relaxation, anxiety, focus, or self-confidence.

A yoga mat, a blanket for comfort, headphones, and an eye mask are the tools to help you completely isolate yourself.

A session always follows this sequence:
An introductory meditation, active breathing, and a moment of integration.
The duration varies between 40 to 60 minutes of active breathing.

You can find more information about transformative breathing here."
