Breath therapy online

Before participating in an online breathing session, it’s important to have some background information.

Breath therapy is highly accessible, safe, and a natural way to regain control over your stress system, helping you reach a calmer state after activating your breath.
While it is possible to practice this on your own when well-prepared and guided, I recommend that first-timers join a breath circle or a 1-on-1 session.
A guided experience allows you to better understand what to expect.

Rule 1: NEVER do breathwork alone!

Always ensure someone is aware of your participation in a breath session or have someone nearby. This allows you to share your experience afterward with a trusted person or ensures someone is informed in case of strong emotional reactions or falls.

Rule 2: Consider your medical background.

Breath therapy is safe, but not everyone is the same, so it is essential to take the following medical conditions into account:

  • Cardiovascular conditions

  • Pregnancy

  • Psychiatric disorders

  • Epilepsy

  • COPD and respiratory conditions

  • Recent trauma or surgery

  • Eye problems

  • Migraine and cluster headaches

  • Psychosomatic or emotional instability

  • Compromised physical health

  • Pacemakers or other medical implants

  • Glucose intolerance and diabetes

For more detailed information, please see the bottom of this page!

Rule 3: Focus on your body.

Breath therapy centers all attention on your body through breath activation, leading to deep relaxation. Breath therapy creates this contrast—necessary for releasing tension—just as without darkness, there is no light; without tension, there is no relaxation. We prepare you well so that you can fully let go and immerse yourself in the experience.

Rule 4: Enjoy!

The first time you participate in a breath session, I encourage you to fully enjoy the experience. Thousands of people have benefited from this technique and method, all experiencing positive transformations.
So, surrender to the process; listen to your body and let yourself be carried by the music and guided words from the breath coach.
